Sunday July 6th starting at 6 pm (raindate of Tuesday July 8th) there will be a celebration of Independence Day in Hancock, NH. The fireworks begin at dusk but come early to enjoy a variety of events:

6-9 pm An Ice cream Social (hot dogs, drinks & ice-cream this year) at the Hancock Vestry
6-7 pm Bell ringing with Bob Fogg at the Meetinghouse
7 pm A reading of the Declaration of Independence
7:30 pm Musical Concert with Wendy Keith at the Bandstand
Dusk A glorious fireworks display over Norway Pond in downtown Hancock

Don't miss it. And please, if these kind of celebrations are to continue, be prepared to make a donation to the volunteers who will be circulating the crowd. Thank you and see you on the 6th!! (Raindate July 8th.)
