Zumba with Tracey Barker-Randlett comes to the Queen City Ballroom on Monday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and on Thursday nights from 6:15 to 7:15 pm. Zumba Fitness, a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance “fitness-party”, is ideal for anyone who wants to have fun while getting in shape. Red-hot international music and contagious steps are addictive. Movements are easy. The class is fun! Dance or cross-training sneakers recommended (running shoes do not usually support lateral movements). All fitness levels welcome. No dance experience necessary.
