Totem To Tem
What Makes Our Drum Circle Unique:
Drum circle starts with a grounding chant and overview of energy centers that when properly tuned create a grounding affect.

Then Drum Circle does an overview of areas on the human body that store most problems that can be changed if an individual allows themselves to detach from problematic energy patterns.

Then Drum Circle ends in the writing of song, through which ever medium of music that we evoke.

Each circle that I have coordinated a different song, a new song from the variation of people that the circle welcomes.

Not one Circle is the same and they have constantly evolved.
Lon M. Jackman Bio: I am part Native American, (Klamath) from Oregon. I have my Masters in Mental Health and I work in substance abuse as a Case Manager. I have been performing music now for over 20 years but Drum Circle, like all circles; form a bond with more than one. The more the higher the power becomes, opens my own mind beyond anything that I previously learned in the last 20 years of performance. Drum Circle started in August of 2008 as a community project to help people with the many stressor's that life can carry. Drum circle also has become an effective way to combat the complications of mental health by teaching people how to use their own bodies as an instrument, like I stated the more instruments, the stronger the power becomes. I call this a power greater than one. Drum Circle has collaboratively worked with over 5000 people, working together towards a higher purpose to eliminate stressor's and provide grounding techniques for our bodies that most of us need. These circles help because we are all leading stressful lives because and we never know what tomorrow will bring.
