A Little Night Music is the masterwork of Stephen Sondheim, the leading musical dramatist of his generation. This wildly romantic story of love, regret and second chances is told almost entirely through song, the cumulative impact of which transports the audience to the magic of a summer night.

Simultaneously heartbreaking and hilarious, this winner of six Tony Awards will star the Barn’s Artistic Director Carol Dunne performing the showstopper “Send in the Clowns”. In addition, the Barn welcomes Broadway veteran Dorothy Stanley, whose career spans almost four decades and includes stints in the original Broadway productions of Annie and 42nd Street, as well as dozens of other Broadway, off-Broadway, and regional credits, and David Bonanno, whose resume includes over 40 productions with Vermont's well-known Weston Playhouse, Light In the Piazza at Lincoln Center, and Much Ado About Nothing at the Old Vic in London.
